New Manufacturing Technologies At Olson Dental

The inLab 3D software boasts an almost incredible range of functions, yet is extremely easy to use. And the more experience you gain, the more design functions you will discover.

The intuitive user interface and the 3D visualization function – just like a real-life plaster model – ensure optimum ergonomics. In this screenshot the antagonists have been superimposed on the occlusal surface. A set of virtual tools allows you to individually tailor the proposed restoration. Easy-to-understand dialogue for selecting the restoration type.

Database containing anatomical tooth morphologies. Detailed design of the contacts with the help of virtual articulating paper. Individual design of the cementing/adhesive gap.

  • Automatic allowance for the minimum wall thicknesses and connector cross-sections
  • Automatic indication of undercuts when the insertion axis is modified
  • Biogeneric tooth modelling: automatic occlusal surface proposals
  • Reduced restorations with a uniform veneer thickness or partially reduced restorations with cusp support
  • Design of crowns, inlays, frameworks, bridges, mesostructures and wax-ups using the same software
  • Built-in communication with infiniDent

This robust software module allows for secure integration of DWOS between scanning and manufacturing technologies. You now have the ability to scan and design simultaneously up to 16 dies. Design crowns, bridges, and full contour overlays utilizing one operating system. This module also allows the user to spilt parts of the design file and send to specific manufacturing technologies.

Implant Module

This software module increases complex design capabilities utilizing implant brand specific scanning jigs. This allows the operator to easily scan the correct position of the implant and the STL specific implant file to create custom abutments.

Virtual Model Module

Virtual Model Module

This software design module enables the operator to virtually design laboratory model work to precision. Section models and trim dies within this module for rapid prototyping of models.

CAM Software Module

This software module is essential for integrating robust milling technologies. The CAM Software Module* generates the correct toolpathing and nesting applications for many brand-name materials.

Partial Framework Module

This software design module allows users to design partial frameworks as part of a removable prosthesis.
